I'm heading to Skagit and in search of a nearby brunch spot. I stumbled upon Carniceria Los Compadres/Los Amigos next to a grocery store, offering a plethora of tantalizing food options. I opted for the 4 tacos and was delighted to receive two beef and two pork, because I asked hehehe! eager to sample their meat selection. I have horchata for my beverage. The portions were generous, the flavors divine, and the staff incredibly friendly. Definitely worth trying, and I even look for some Mexican items to take home. While they included a medium chili, I appreciated that it wasn't mixed into my meal, as I can't handle spicy food. Overall, a worthwhile experience!
On the go Mexican grocery store/ taco joint. Good food with variety of combos for lunch or dinner. Service is always fast and good. Would definitely recommend this joint if you looking for authentic Mexican food.
If you want to find great I mean really good tacos and food this place here is it. Soooo gooood and cheesey they didn't skimp on the meat or the cheese it was perfect. The restaurant is located in a store so you can also go shopping while you wait every one that worked there was kind and that's always nice. There were some loud kids so I could see how if you wanted a quiet lunch you'd just have to eat in your car. ....and for their food I would definitely do that it was so good.
Great meat counter and super friendly folks working there all very helpful! I had a bill of groceries for $40 which included 2.5lb pollo marinada and 2.5lb de carne marinada both absolutely wonderful. Being from Texas and buying from carniceria's often this store is right there with them. So happy to have found such a gem located so close to our sons house, they will definitely be back. The fresh salsa's were great, we had verde and roja very tasty and the right levels of heat. The veggies and produce were all fresh and there is also a few tables where you can go in and order food and sit and eat. Highly recommend for some great Mexican / Texmex food and meats.
The meat is great! Works very well on the bbq. The burritos are amazing. Service is good.
